World War Relics

German relics found in Stalingrad.

Here at the museum, we have an excellent collection of relics and metal detector finds from World War I and II battlefields, camps, etc. These artifacts were used as part of soldiers' daily lives during their service in the military. Most of the artifacts on display and in the museum collection were found in Eastern Europe, Poland, Latvia, and Russia, and were found at numerous battle sites. Most of the artifacts were used by Nazi soldiers and some by Soviet Red Army troops. This section is divided into two subpages, one for WWI relics and one for WWII.
