This is a membership card from the Stork Club at Fritzlar Army Air Base. The base, now known simply as Fritzlar Air Base, is located in Fritzlar, Germany, and was originally built for the Luftwaffe, the Nazis' air force. In 1945, the United States converted it into an Army Air Force base. While there is little information about the Stork Club at the base, there was a club of the same name in New York but it's more than likely not related to the one at Fritzlar.
