What are Party Toys

Party toys were common staples of any party during the 20th century. They were made to make noise, from bells and horns to fast clicking sounds and tambourines. They would also be commonly used to celebrate New Year. Several of the toys in the collection were made by the U.S. Metal Toy Manufacturing Company. The images on party toys would commonly be lithographs.
